We only book the time slot after you payment is complete. Keep in mind that someone might be able to fill up the slot if they paid first (first-come-first-serve basis)

Don’t forget to take photos of the racket before-after the demo period
Make sure you take care of the racket because we have a damaged racket fee, see “Damage Fee” section below
Please return the demo racket at the specified return date latest by 8:00 PM. Pickup only available during the pickup date after 10:00 AM.
Any deliveries aside from pick-up from our location will be at your expenses
You will have the option to buy the racket you have tried. Price will be determine by Agena Tennis and we will make sure it competes with the market price
